Bombardier Frederick Jarvis, 6397906, 5 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery, was born in Guildford in 1914. He died during the fall of Singapore on 13th February 1942 in Singapore, age 28 and has no known grave and is listed on the Singapore Memorial: Column 8. Kranji War Cemetery.
He was the son of Frederick Robert and Alice (Lee) Jarvis; step-son of Nora Lilian Jarvis.
Listed on the War Memorials in Colemans Hatch and Hartfield.
