Auxiliary Territorial Service, was born in East Grinstead District in 1919. She lived in Forest Row. She was killed by enemy bombing on 9th July 1943 on London Road, East Grinstead, age 23 and is buried in Colemans Hatch (Holy Trinity) Churchyard, Grave B56.
She was the daughter of Lewis William and Fanny (Mitchell) Barber.
