Reginald Divall

Private Reginald Divall, SD/4882, 11th Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment, was born in Colemans Hatch in 1891. He lived in Bishopstoke, Hampshire and enlisted on 6th September 1915 in Tonbridge. He was killed in action by a bomb dropped from an enemy aircraft on 6th December 1917 near Ypres, Belgium, age 26 and has is buried in White House Cemetery, St Jean-les-Ypres : Special Memorial 10.

He was the son of Leonard (1849) and Hannah Tasker (Weeding) Divall (1852). He was married to Sarah (Carpenter) Divall. His pre-war occupation was a Gardener.
